Event/Wedding Venue Booking at Laurel Oaks

  • Friday- 9am-10pm – $1,900
  • Saturday- 9am-10pm- $2,300
  • Sunday- 9am-10pm- $1,600
  • Friday-Sunday- $2,600 
  • Monday-Thursday ceremony only- $500

To reserve a date online a down payment of $500 is required and will be applied towards booking the venue. After reserving a date, a meeting will be scheduled with the Laurel Oaks Estate staff to go your venue needs and sign a rental agreement.

The rental price includes the following:

  • Exclusive use of the 2400 sqft tent, pergola, bath house, and field in front of tent for eight hours, on the day of the event.
  • Access to our preferred vendors list, but freedom to use your own as well.
  • Heated tent
  • Ample parking
  • 16X16 dance floor
  • 100 amp power service provided at the tent.
  • 4 stall ADA bathroom.
  • LED dimmable string lights around the tent perimeter.
  • 14×14 pergola that backs up to the pond with a lighted fountain.
  • Full size fridge/freezer included on site.

Our tent provides seating for up to 170 adults. Additional seating outside the main tent is possible up to 250 guest. For events with more then 250 guest, please contact us for available options.

Onsite accommodations are available (discounts available for wedding party and guests) including a beautiful cabin that would be a wonderful place for the bride to get ready in.

Prices are based on an 8 hour rental fee.
