The Platinum Package at $3,700 is the most comprehensive, covering a full weekend rental of the tent and pergola, extended access to the property, seating and tables for wedding guests, a large wooden farm table, dance floor, propane heaters if needed, cornhole, and post-event cleanup. It also includes two nights of on-site accommodations, making it ideal for couples wanting both convenience and an all-inclusive experience.

Our Gold Package, priced at $2,900, offers a similar Friday-to-Saturday wedding event rental with venue access, seating, tables, dance floor, and lawn games, along with post-event cleanup. While it mirrors many of the Platinum features, it does not include overnight accommodations, the additional wooden farm table, or heaters. This makes it a great option for couples who want an elegant setup and full weekend access while keeping costs more moderate.

For couples who prefer a more streamlined option, the Silver Package at $2,400 provides a one-day rental of the wedding event tent and pergola, full-day venue access, a rehearsal slot the week before, and an 18×18 dance floor. It’s designed for those looking for a beautiful venue without the multi-day commitment or added extras, offering an affordable yet stylish choice for celebrating a wedding at Laurel Oaks Estate.

  1. Are there restrictions or rules I should know about?

Another of the most common questions to ask a wedding venue is about rules and policies. Some venues limit décor (candles, confetti), music volume, or alcohol service. Others may require approved vendors or event insurance. Knowing these details early helps you avoid surprises.

Laurel Oaks wedding guest capacity: The event tent accommodates up to 140 people comfortably, while the property overall can host around 500, though that would require an extra tent and portable restrooms.

Liability insurance: Requiring couples to purchase liability insurance is standard practice at wedding venues, as it protects both the venue and the couple from accidents, damages, or unexpected issues. We do require that you purchase event or liability insurance (typically around $100), which we can help arrange.

Decorating policies: Many wedding venues have decorating policies in place to protect the property while still allowing couples to personalize the space to match their vision. At Laurel Oaks, for instance, flames must always be enclosed. Also, nothing that can damage the property may be used (no staples, nails, glue, etc.). If a decoration requires ladder use, a professional planner or lighting expert must handle it. In line with local county ordinances, there is a 10 p.m. curfew.
